My name is Kyle and I'm a girl... Screw all these other answers. No one's going to think your son's a girl if you name him Kyle. People always thought I was a boy when I was a baby because of my name. But yes, it IS a boy and a girl's name, it is used for both. Females are just way less common.

If you live the United States, don't worry. Kyle is a top 100 boys name. As a girl's name it is not even in the top 1000 (or lower, they don't bother after the top 1000). I don't think that ANYONE would think it's a girls name.
Kylie or Kyla is a girl's name. I think that the website must have made a mistake. It happens.

i know a named Kyle. i think it's kinda cool, but i do like it better 4 a boy. if u have a boy & name him Kyle, people will think he's a boy. if u have a daughter & name her Kyle, people will probably think she's a boy too! ♥

It definitely sounds more like a boys name, however I went to high school with a girl named Kyle.

It could be both, but in general I think of Kyle as a guy's name.
I am a woman with a traditionally male name, and trust me, they're surprised when I pick up the phone at work and hear my voice the first time after exchanging emails with me for months...people are quick to assume you're a man when you have a traditionally male name - even other women.
