I always wanted to dance naked in a fountain when its my birthday. Hey, wait a minute, tomorrow is MY birthday! Oh but where will I find in fountain in the Northeast that isn't frozen??? I know, the mall has one in the center. OK, everyone, let's meet at the mall tomorrow at noon and we can all dance naked in the fountain together.

its wrong if you don't! I think it should be a law in the USA that on your birthday the appropriate attire is to be your birthday suit! and if you brake the law you should have to streak. sounds fair to me!
