It won't hurt the baby. It is well-protected inside your uterus and the movement back and forth might even be soothing.

Sleeping on your side is best anyway, so you're doing great.

As long as your not lying on back all the time or front you will be fine.
I toss and turn all night to try and get comfortable.

it's OK to turn and toss but don't lay on your stomach

you shouldn't lay on your stomach, but also i dont think it will hurt the baby but never lay on your back
