To me, that's Munich. that's no longer honestly a capital, yet only the capital of the federal state of Bavaria in Germany, yet we Bavarians call it "Germany's secret capital". nevertheless cleanser and extra beautiful than that's Oslo, the capital of Norway, in spite of the undeniable fact that that's freezing chilly up there! --- edit @Bernd, you of course don't recognize Berlin o.k.. they have beggars, junkies and all variety of unfriendly human beings in numerous parks on the city.
