Most address books have the option to "export address book" . When you are in the address book look for that option in one of the dropdown tabs, and follow the instructions. Export it as .csv. onto your pen drive. (Also look in the help file of the ad book it will prob'ly tell you )

Which Address Book are you talking about?
If it is Outlook Express then it is a file with a .WAB filename extension in C:\Documents and Settings\Your Name\Application Data\Microsoft|Address Book

save it as a csv or comma seperated variable... the file extension would be .csv
