My Christian beliefs is that you should always forgive no matter what the circumstances are, but for this...I would say no.

I would never forgive what the McCanns has done. Maddie was an innocent child..what did she ever do to make them do what they have done!

I'm praying everyday, and I'm sure some other people are, that Maddie will be found..even if everyday...the chances of her being found is going slimmer everyday.

And if they really find Maddie safe and well? I hope she doesn't get returned to her parents. Surgeons, they tell us they are?! I though doctors and surgeons are supposed to have a lot of common sense and intelligence, and no..this just proves me wrong! Leaving three young kids alone in a holiday apartment!

Who would just leave their three young kids in their apartment, when they are on holiday, and the parents just decide that they will go out for dinner alone?! I wouldn't, no matter how safe it is!

They made a mistake and are paying the ultimate price. I would never EVER have done what they did. I don't even walk to my car which is parked on the street outside when my daughter is asleep. So, no I don't really forgive them but they didn't deserve this punishment.

I do know people who have done similar and can't see the problem...

I hope to God she is found safe and well, however, it is looking less and less likely. I dont think its a point of forgiving them, they are not my sister/brother, aunt/uncle, mum or dad, thats for them to seek forgiveness...they are Catholic, they will be punished by themselves many times over im sure. They did wrong....but look at what consequences they have had to suffer....

Not really, if they hadn't have left that poor little girl on her own while they went out then none of this would have happened. They are irresponsible for leaving a young child alone, surely they could have got a babysitter, or sorted something out so 3 children weren't in that apartment by themselves!

Whatever happened the parents are ultimately responsible. What parent in their right mind leaves 3 small children alone, even after reports of a prowler ? ! They should hang their heads in SHAME, parents who are supposedly intelligent doctors. I`m just glad neither are my doctor.

them parents deserve everything they get! please god she is found but i hope to god if she is she is put in a home that will care for her and not neglect her again!

the parents are both doctors/surgeons so hardly short of a few bob! no reason why they couldnt have hired a babysitter for a few hours!

i dont believe a word they say about what happened, they cant be trusted.

i hope they are so ashamed with themselves.

So you go from accusing the parents of killing Maddie to
"Well if they really didn`t do it blah blah blah"

Shut your trap and start sorting you own imperfct life out!

Who are you to forgive anyone.
You`re not part of there life or you of theres.
They couldn`t give a flying f*ck what you think.

Sad little moron

Do you think anybody would be worried i mean it's a 4 year old child back safe and well with her family they made a mistake get over it they are hardly likely to do it again i would be over the moon if she was found safe and well.
Let the thumbs down commence

No, she has been though hell because of their neglect, they will never be able to take that away, it would be with her forever. Goodness knows what she must have gone through, poor little girl.
