The little compartment where you put the powder has a couple of prongs in it, so I couldn't put a dishwasher tablet in there. Is it ok to just drop it in the dishwasher? I've had the dish-draws for ages but have never been game to try.. silly hey !

what you do is put the tablet in a hair net and hang the hair net from the compartment trap door......works just fine.

You can in fact use them, but if I were you, I would crumble the little tablet up a bit to make it easy for the soap to dissolve

You have one of those "dish draw" washers too?
