I am a single mom of two boys who works a long shift at times, why does friend always get upset when im to tired to come around, they can always come see me, but seldom do.

If they're really good friends to you, then they should understand that you can't come around because you're tired and worn out from the daily grind of life.
If they can't understand that, then you need to find you some better friends.

Well, they probably miss your company, and perhaps they're also worried about you being so busy and tired all the time. As for why the seldom see you, maybe they think you might be too busy or tired, after the long shifts. Friends don't exactly always expect you to be around, but if you usually spend time with them, and it becomes say sometihng like a tradition, they may sometimes take it for granted that you still have enough time to spend some time with them.

If you can, make time for your friends. Set a date and time to meet. Make it a weekly or every other weekly event. I understand this is sometimes difficult to do but, you really need to take time for yourself and with your friends to relax a little and enjoy a few of the simple things in life. Have someone watch your boys and go out and have some fun. Or, if you can't go out, invite them over. They may feel if they just drop in on you, they are intruding, know what I mean?
Your friends may be worried about you because you don't visit with them. On the other hand, they have to understand you cannot drop everything at the last minute because you have other responsibilities too. Everyone needs to kick back a little bit and have fun. Life is too short not to~

well as your dearest friend I at first thought it was you took out time for the men in your life but, never took out time for me but, now i understand you do work long hours and so i now do understand i no i may have called you little much but, as a friend i do understand and i always have accepted you in the way you was and are now. but, sometimes a friend just gets lonely and don't see the hole story. only see the men your involved with and feel when they are not in your life things feel different but, i do understand and keep up the great friendship..love ya like the sister i never had......god bless...

A friend needs to understand that you are a working mom. That comes first. If thay want to visit you, it must be when you are free. Some times people just don't think.

Because they are selfish, insecure and inconsiderate! Good company sometimes, but hardly a friend, y'know what I mean?
