I don't know Georgia's exact rules, but in general, first you have to apply to NABP and the state board of pharmacy.. NABP has to declare your degree equivalent. Once that is done, you can take TOEFL and FPGEE. FPGEE is only offered twice a year at 3 locations. Most first applicants fail it. Once you pass those exams, you have to intern for a set number of hours. After that, you than take the regular licensing exams: NAPLEX and MJPE. If you pass both, than you can be licensed as a pharmacist.
