Really? Seven years later and people are still blaming Clinton? The economy improved every year during the Clinton presidency and there was a surplus when he left office. Now that Bush is almost done, there is a record deficit and an economy that will soon crumble. Who is really to blame?

the economy was good under clinton. the debt was steadily being paid down. but bush came in and added 1.6 t to the debt. we will be paying that back for generations, the recession is his fault. not to mention people dont want to invest here right now because no one trusts the bush administration.

no. neither president caused the problems we are having now, The problem now is the cost of oil. This isn't happening so much because of any president's policy, it's not caused by war in the middle east, although it is aggravating it, it is caused by developng countries such as China now have a greater demand for oil than they did ten years ago.

Is it fun being a contortionist? Cause that's the only way you could get your head up where it is. He isn't causing it just like he wasn't personally responsible for the dot com boom which fed the good times we had while he was in office, which didn't stay a boom if you recall.

It's a setup so the economy will naturally improve when his wife takes over as president. He's been deviously planning all of this out when he was president.
The take over by the UN followed by black helicopters and promotion of her socialist-nazi-fascist-humanist-pro-abortion-evilutionist-communist-evil philosophy thingamijig will commence shortly afterwards

Idiot! Bill Clintion left a Surplus and paid your bills, it is the Bush Administration that has left your country in ruin. 1bn dollars a day in debt.., and climbing 48 trillion national debt. another 200bn for war and your roads are crumbling and bridges falling down, housing fiasco's, lending money to people with bad credit.. now there is a bright idea. 3mn homeless people, Tax credits for the ultra rich, Global warming, do nothing, Palestine, do nothing for 7 years,
the only country not to sign up to the Kyoto protocol, now tell me
is there a ghost called Bill Clinton running America or an Idiot Warmonger running your country into the ground.

Why don't republicans ever take responsibility for their actions? It was a Republican congress and president that doubled the national debt and started a war of choice.
