it hurts to do situps so whats easier than situps

Just walk love. For now the best thing you can do with the baby is exercise by walking. Cardio exercise is going to burn the fat, situps won't do much if you don't have some cardio along with it.
Put bubs in the pram everyday and go for a short walk. Keep it gentle and even paced at first, for 15-20 mins. Eventually start walking faster and go for longer.

Once you have maintained an exercise walking routine you can start to add in weight and strenght training to tone up all those flabby bits pregnancy leaves behind when it pushes the baby out!!

Good luck and remember exercise will only work if it is accompanied by a healthy diet!!!

There's no easy way actually. If you want to loose babyfats then you must go through a lot of excercise. (tried it, been there)

Cardio! You will lose fat in every part of your body.
Dance... it's fun.
Swim... it's easy on the joints.
Do FUN cardio activities!
