try yousendit

you can send/receive up to 2GB.

the way it works is you upload to their site, the receiver gets a standard email with a link so they can download it.

What you can do is compress the fileusing WINRAR, and it has an option just before it starts compressing, if you want to split the archive into parts, you can specify the size of each part. 4 parts should do it, right? Mind you, the other person will have to download all the four parts in the same folder, before trying to unpack the archive. By the way, I always use it in Wizard mode, easier to handle.

A program called winrar can break the attachments into 10mb files, then they can extract them automatically if you make a self extracting archive.. Then send these parts using gmail, or anyone else who lets you send 10mb files.

Either split the file and send it in sections, put it on a cd and post it or share it using torrent software.

Here`s quite good. I have used it . The free version may take a little longer than the paid for version. But it works

You probably aren't going to find many public email servers that will let you go larger than 10MB per email. If you find one, let ME know.
