Just go to work. Doing this kind of thing will leave you unemployed and on the streets asking strangers for money. Managers have ways of knowing if an excuse letter is fake, and generally that is grounds for immediate termination. If you really have a fever go to a doctor for real. Don't use a fake letter.

Please excuse my feeble attempt to lay out of getting an education. I am going to say that I had a high fever in hopes that you will buy it and I wont get the typical punishment for it. I...as of yet... haven't learned that I alone, must face the consequences of my actions and am still trying to skate around that adult inevitability

Generally if you are required to have a note, you need to get a note from the doctor.
