after expungement, does that mean that person has no criminal record AT ALL?

Who can see or find out the record?
When does he/she HAVE to disclose?

Would the record be found by other countries? Canada, Australia, China, Japan?
Do other countries governments or company ask US to give them the expunged record????
Is that "HAVE to" to disclose that when we go get a job or just travel there?

You will still have a record of the arrest, but not of the conviciton. You need to disclose convictions, you do not need to disclose any arrests that do not result in a conviciton, or one that is expunged.

The contents of this expunged record are not available to anyone.

Employers can not consider arrests, they can only consider convictions. This should not be an issue with travel either.

Anything expunged means "put outside the records" and hence this is no longer a piece of record to be disclosed or placed before anyone nor can a country demand for any expunged portion of anything.......it's deleted , doesn't exist anymore under the eye of law .ok?

God Bless
