take vanilla yogurt and put it in a bowl with some frozen strawberries & frozen blueberries and let them defrost about an hour then cut up strawberries and you have a healthy yummy snack with vitamins & antioxens (you can use any fruits you like)

take your favorite fruits and veggies put them into a blender with a cup of ice and 2 cups lowfat yogurt blend and have a smoothie and the fruit is more powerful tasting than the veggies so it covers it up

special K makes really good granola bars....they are bomb.
slim fast also makes on the go bars which totally kick *** too.
but the best one I can think of is slim fast in the can
its really good, and pretty good for you
