Im my culture when person A is talking to person B but he calls person B by someone else's name, we say that someone else is talking behind person A's back.

I've never heard that superstition. Its interesting, though! We don't have it in the US. We do believe, though, that if your ears burn it means that someone, somewhere is talking about you.
