If you were buying a home?

would seeing a accurate floor plan of the home either on the flyer or a website be beneficial to you? If what are some reasons why you would like to see one or how it would help you in your home buying process?

It always helps to show a prospective buyer what the property has to offer ---- like would you buy a car if you could only assume that it has four wheels --- telling the client what you have to offer is the only way to properly present a viable product.........

It wouldnt hurt. Pictures help too. I see too many listings that just don't have enough.
