Language is an expression of thoughts and beliefs. It is a way of communicating what we are thinking or what we would like you to know what we are thinking. It comes across as body language, volume, pitch and tone.
I have heard that Deepak Chopra said that we are all spiritual beings traped in our bodies by our senses. What we hear, feel, taste, smell and see. You might even say that we are prisoners of our senses. Imagine what it would be like if we could escape our senses and experience things as pure beings. It's hard to imagine isn't it?
I think this person would live in a world of touch, taste, smell and would think in a language based on this.

Well, you've already received really good answers so here it goes:
First of all I thought of all the senses:
Hearing,tasting, touching,seeing,and smelling!
I would hate to loose any of these:
But if seeing and hearing were gone. I'd have to rely on the
others. Of course we would touch and smell and taste.
We would have to communicate in brail language which
would still be taught to you in where ever you were from.
If you didn't have brail you would probably grunt or moan
because you couldn't hear yourself!
We sure need to be thankful for having all five I am.
Interesting question? :)

Amazing question! I don't have an answer yet, but very interesting. Do we think in a language? I believe so, but i'm not absolutely sure because I can't erase the language from my mind.

A language that excludes those senses, smells, touch, and taste would be the descriptive words. i.e. dad feels upset under my hands, maybe he tastes something awful, because everything smells alright to me.

I think they would think in touch, as we think in pictures and speech as the main communication in the world the main way only real way I would think they could think was thinking about certain touches and use no language.
