Hi I recommend Avon beauty lip plumping lip colour, you can also get a lip conditoner that plumps also and then you can us what ever shade of lip stick you want to on top. This is fantastic and better than any plumping lip gloss I have used it comes in lots of shades so there will be a colour there to suit you,

Here is the link

Why not ask your avon rep if you have one if she can get you a few samples for you to try as this why you will pay for the right colour and not end up getting one you dont like, even though with avon you can send it back but you wont have to this way.

It amazing stuff a few mins after you have applied it the lips feel and look bigger, you can actually feel it working lol

Too faced lip injection is a great gloss for plumping. However, it does give a strong tingling sensation, so be prepared! It can be bought from boots, house of fraser etc. I love it!

You can try Victoria's secret's "Lip Plump." It's great for someone with not so full lips, it really does make a difference!

It is due to climate and geography.. given no further mixing of races, migrations, etc. All people in North America will look like Native Americans in 10,000 years (How's that for Geronimo's last laugh), all South Africans will be uniformly black, people living in Hawaii will look like Don Ho etc. it's an adaptation to environment. Of couse we have an interconnected world these days so who knows what we'll look like that far into the future.

I like Too Faced Lip Injection Extreme. Also, before you buy any lip plumper you may want to take a look at http://www.makeupalley.com/. They have tons of reviews written by real women.

there's this one lip plumping gloss at victoria's secret i saw, and it's awesome!!! it pulmps your lips right away! and after you use it for a week or two, you'll notice your lips more plump. i forgot what it's called though.. just go to the store and ask around, they'll be sure to tell you which one it is!!
i think it was this though:
