ok...so I just gave birth literally 4 weeks ago I was told by the dr. not to have sex for the next 6 weeks. problem is my husband is starting to feel neglected, even went so far as to say that men who are not married have the best sex and are so much better off than married men! then he went on to say that my ex boyfriend probably never had to deal with me not satisfying him (my exboyfriend).
Is this normal for husbands to feel neglected? Don't get me wrong, four days after delivering I went down on him, actually I've done that about 4 times since delivering.
So what the hell?! Are men that inconsiderate?
He's at a point where he saying he never wants to have sex with me b/c " i'm like most women who have babies; they stop having sex'
What do you suggest I do? It's not like I don't want to have sex, of course I do; I just can't!

Whatta jerk!! Does he not understand that you are "healing" during those 6 weeks? That guy's an idiot. Sorry you're married to him.

bluntly speaking, your husband is a pig.

you shouldn't have to "go down on" anyone four days after you deliver a baby (unless they are going to pay you a million dollars?).... what is he thinking?

and WHY does he bring up your old boyfriend? what does the past have to do with anything?

and furthermore, if he thinks single guys have more and better sex, maybe he needs to be single?

is he always this selfish and does he always lack compassion?

i still think he's a pig... and i won't change my mind.

Have an open communication to your husband. You need to follow the doctor. Its better to have a good communication between partners so the marriage will work.

Get a note from your doctor and pin it to his forehead. The fact that you STILL want to have sex with him after he has said those things is crazy. That sucks...sorry.
