My partner badly wants us to have a baby. But the problem is, I haven't told him that I was already ligated. Is there a way for me to get pregnant again? Or would it be possible for the ligation to be reversed? Please help!

Sit him down ASAP and tell him the truth. You can't be in a relationship with a secret like that. Whether or not you can have it reversed depends on the exact procedure you had done. Even then, it may or may not be successful. Tubal ligations are meant to be permanent not a form of birth control.
First, tell your partner the truth, then go for a consultation if you decide TOGETHER that you want to try and conceive.

I'm not a doctor but I too have had a tubal and was told that the chances of concieving after a reversal are slim... It is also an expensive procedure insurance will not cover. What about adoption?

Sir my wife is having abortion after I will take scan and go to doctor she said remaining concepitiOns is there so I will give one tablet after 48 hrs you come hospital like that she told but after taking tablet she don't bleeding now what I do sir but abortion ti me sheis having more bleeding now she don't have bleeding

you can get it reversed but it is really expensive the best thing for you too do is go to the doc and they can tell you the options

I agree with her above, you should have told him. But My aunt had her tubes tied, and she just had a beautiful baby girl in august!!

Love, marriage, dating, engagement you have to have communication and trust. I can not believe you have not told him yet that is cold.
