i was just listening to a caller on the washington journal for monday. and he said "racism is the seperation between fascism and all other isms" do you agree?

Another name to call that is Christian democracy and racism is a part of it although not for all

Fascism has NOTHING TO DO with racism.

Fascism states is that any individual is less than the group that they're part of.
Racism states that an individual is less than another individual because of race.

Now it is true that racism (or various other "isms") is commonly found in facisms, usually as a way to unite the people involved. But to say that either are related is completely unfounded; their definitions alone should show how different they are!

Fascism is a political system based on overweening State control of the people.

That the best known Fascist regimes - WWII Germany and Italy - were also believers in the 'racial purity' myth is really not relevant to the politics of Fascism.

There are plenty of other dictatorial regimes that are not Fascist, but are racist. Heck, the political structure of the US before the 1960's was Democratic, but officially racist.
