Yes Sita was the daughter of Bhoomi Devi. Before getting Sita from the field while ploughing, JANAKA (not JanaHar) had one wife named SUNETRA. Read the excerpts from -

Gargi said, "Oh King! I have one desire. Will you fulfil it?" "Certainly," replied Janaka. She asked him to marry her. The king said, "I have only one wife, Sunetra (the one with good eyes). I don’t wish to have any other wife." Gargi said, "You are a great Jnani. You have good eyes and your queen is a good-eyed lady. May I ask what reward you are giving to the great Yaajnavalkya?" -

The wife of King Janak is mentioned as Sunayana in Valmiki Ramayan. The same name is mentioned in Shri Ram Charita Manas by Shri Tulsi Das.I did not come across the name as Sunetra in any scripture so far.

It is Janaka not Janahar and he had only one wife. Her name is said as Sunayana and in some books it is said as Sunetra. Either way he was a one woman man.
