Do you weigh more with this pregnancy and maybe that's why you don't feel the movement as much. I'm 20 weeks with #2 and am shocked how strong my baby is already. I'm getting full on kicks all throughout the day. Check with your doctor regarding the movements. Also, if you are more busy taking care of your other children, you might not notice the movement as much. Good luck!

I remember being 25 weeks pregnant and sitting at my desk at work talking to a client and all of a sudden I got the first BIG thumping kick. Up until then, it was all the soft bumpy movements but come 25 weeks it turned into a soccer match in there! But my first was kicking me much more and harder by 20-21 weeks. Each baby is different and some are just 'lazier' than others so if you can feel at least some movement and ultrasound says all is fine, then don't worry. It will come soon and you'll be wishing it hadn't when you are lying in bed at night trying to sleep!!

best of luck and congrats

They will start to get stronger from 24 weeks because this is when they start building up muscle in there legs and arms along with fat.

Dont worry your baby is proberly just lazier than your other two lol! I am 28 weeks 5 days with my baby boy and he is so slack it is unbelieveable. This entire pregnancy i have spent stressing about wether he is ok because he doesnt move much and every time i go for a scan they tell me "everything is looking great and he is happy in there"

I think he spends most of his time sleeping, he doesnt even wake me up at night! So i wouldnt worry, if the doc said everything looks good then you dont have anything to be concerned about! Congrats on your little one, i wish you both all the best!

As long as he/she's moving, everything is probably fine - especially since your doctor obviously thinks so too. I didn't feel *strong* movements until close to 6 months or so, when she was finally big enough to do some damage. And like babies outside of the womb, babies in utero have different personalities. The direction your baby is facing can have a great effect on how much movement you feel as well. Don't worry, soon enough you'll have unidentified appendage up your ribcage!

your baby might just be little nothing to worry about. im only 20w2d and im suprised how much my lil one moves about i call my baby thumper cuhz he/her is always thumpin and bumpin up at me. it also has alot to do with how well your tuned in with your body sometimes you just may not notice, but everything will be fine. just wait:]
