I was thinking of West Drayton to Paddington but would I have to go to Kings Cross (Paddington) and take an underground to Holborn (Kingsway) and walk down to Aldwych or is there a quicker way please.

Take the Piccadilly Line (Underground) from Heathrow to Holborn. Aldwych is a 5 to 7 minute walk down Kingsway from Holborn Station. From West Drayton take the First Great Western train to Paddington; then the Bakerloo Line to
Charing Cross and walk down the Strand to Aldwych; another 7 minute walk

Check out www.tfl.gov.uk/journeyplanner

It suggests either Piccadilly tube line from Heathrow to Holborn (Holborn is the nearest tube to Aldwych);

or Heathrow Express rail line from Heathrow to Paddington, then tube (Bakerloo to Oxford Circus, then Central line to Holborn)

or Heathrow Express rail line from Heathrow to Paddington, then bus (route 15) to Aldwych.

All of these routes take about an hour.
