When I'm going to a foreign country, I try to find out what is currently popular, then download some for my ipod. For example if you like reggae, each country has it's own version and it gives you more of the feel of the place. Why always listen to the same music that you can listen to when you are home?

Small Town Romance by Richard Thompson.
The whole disc is good for that particular activity... but it also contains one of the top three love songs in all of popular music: A Heart Needs A Home.

I don't have love just yet, but my best friend and I have three albums we listen to often when in his car:
- 'Pieces of the People We Love' by The Rapture.
- 'East Tiger' by Ryan Adams.
- 'Icky Thump' by The White Stripes.

I don't have a love or a leachy friend who wants to ride in my car, so I listen to whatever I want. Today I listened to "Train Of Thought" by Dream Theater and "United Abominations" by Megadeth.
