Depending on the state, the minimum age is actually 13, but many restrictions apply regarding how often, how late, and how many hours you can work. You must be 16 before those restrictions are removed.

I think you can work in the front, like taking plps orders and such, at like 15 or 16 but to work back in the frier area you have to be over 18 because of the oil. I think. Also the knives an stuff are deemed bad so you have to be like 16 for those. But hey what do I know?

I think it depends on what state you are in. At one time in Minnesota, you had to be 16 to work, but there were exemptions for 14 and 15 year olds that were working as part of a school program (there were restrictions as to how many hours they were permitted to work and what they were allowed to do).

it is 14 years of age and the can only work until 7pm and have 15 hours a week. and cant be in the kitchen, fridge or freeze.
