i have to write an essay on Thalia Massie (a white women accusing several black men of raping her), and Tom Robinson (from to Kill a Mockingbird) and i have to compare and contrast the two.
i am not the best at starting off a paragraph on the topic
and i need a thesis statement for my introduction..help?

Try looking on Google scholar for more articles on this. Say that Thalia and Tom are complete opposites when it comes to race and their situations. Tom is believed to be a criminal and Thalia alleges that a crimes was committed against her. They are both similar that they are innocent.
Try something like that.
