They're still a kid;

1/. As long as they still believe it when you tell them they're grounded.

2/. Any time they ask to borrow your '65 fully blown cobra.....and look hopeful.
*laughs hysterically at the thought*

3/. Another years' membership is awarded when they are dumb enough to leave a fist full of 'protection' in the glove-box of the car they DID get to borrow.
(mom's ford focus)

4/. Another two years kid duty when you didn't find ANY!

# A good way to be treated like an adult here is to pull your weight, help around the house with a few chores, and treat us 'oldies' almost as humans.
Based on those prerequisites, the teenagers haunting my hallways prefer to live under the guise of kids.

Danny.

Ps.
If they give me cheek about any of the above, they get to take a number and go to the end of the line.
(could be a long wait)

.

Depends on the teenager. Teenagers deserve respect and responsibilities.

Those adults that knew the teen when the teen was a child have a hard time adjusting.

Even Jesus couldn't do many miracles in his home town because they know him as that carpenter's kid.

Teenager ranges from the age of 13 to 19 and that's a big gap. So those are kids and adolescences.

i consider a teenager as a kid coz they're just entering the mature world.
an adult has a mature mindet of things. On the other hand, a teenager is like a kid that is still exploring different areas of life...

so a teenager is a kid, a mature kid perhaps.
