Joint national championship and riots in the streets. Every other country seems to have riots because of sports why can't the U.S.?

Well "three 1 win teams" would not be ranked in the BCS at all. Given your scenario each team would be 1 - 1.

The timeliness of the losses would likely come into play. For example, if team A loss to team B in early September, and the other losses happened in mid-November, then team A would likely get the nod...Strength of schedule could also be a factor.

A team from the SEC would automatically get in first, then a team from the PAC 10, regardless. Am I not correct, or is that just the way the voters always seem to want it.

It'd probably go by who has the best strength of schedule. If one of those teams beat a bunch of other good teams, they'd go. If the schedules were all pretty even, maybe it'd come down to recent losses or just voter bias.

teams with one win are not usually in the running for a BCS bowl...

FYI the BCS is not an actual 'series', but five independent bowls- one of which is the designated Championship Bowl
