All new desktop Mac's come with a Mighty Mouse which is user configurable as both a two or one button mouse. (the two button setting enables sensors on both halves of the "button" tell whether a right or left click has been made).
So on two button mouse (Mac or any other USB one you might plug in) just right click the same as you do in windows.

If you have a one button Mac mouse (say on an older machine) then hold the CTRL button down as you click - will do the same thing.
