Needle nose pliers, braided wire, bottle of gasoline, and cordless drill.
Drink the gasoline
Use the pliers to dig around inside the wound
Use the braided wire to fish for the pliers when you let go of them.
Use the cordless drill to relieve the pressure built up in your ankles cause from the lack of blood flow.

Without the presence of a qualified physician ... alcohol (preferably Isopropyl)as an antiseptic and a really sharp sterilized scalpel or exacto blade (be carefull not to puncture the intestine -- peritinitis is an ugly way to go). A pair of hemostats comes in handy for clamping off any major arteries or veins (also sterilized), a second pair for removing the slug and suture with dental floss until professional medical help is available. Sharp thin bladed knife, forceps and something to kill the pain. Probe carefully until you feel the bullet, use the knife to enlarge the passage enough to pull the bullet without tearing flesh. Clean well, bandage and watch for any indications of intestinal puncture.

I would say going to a hospital and getting it removed.
there is no digging in the stomach. Stomach woulds are the most dangerous and hard to stop the bleeding. I would say 90%of people who get stomach wounds die.

Drink a case of Dr. Pepper. Your belly will swell full of sugary gas and the bullet will pop out on its own. Neato!

put a gob of peanut butter in there, and let a pooch lick it out, might get infected but its sure to get the bullet out!
