I could side with the female gender in my country. Frankly if they are both minors or even if the man is older, and the girl gets pregnant then it is she alone who is kicked out of school and possibly spend the rest of her days being a single mom without any sort of support from the man.
Things are getting so bad that the conductors on the buses are having sex with the schoolgirls while they are on their way home and from school. They even have a "no underwear day" where all the school girls just leave home without underwear to facilitate "easy access".
I cannot imagine what ten years will be like and all i know is that we are have a real problem on our hands. Morality is a thing of the past now and only a handful of people seems to really care.
it is a really messed up world that we live in where people are and will always be victimized. What you must try to do is to take every precaution that you do not become one of or the cause of one that is victimized.
Take care

Hello DesiDani, I agree with what you are asking, unfortunately there is always two sides to the sexual decisions made. OK I will use your same example, but keep in mind this is my opinion on the matter. The age difference is the first thing I would look at, even tho they both agreed. You have to think about at the age of 15, how is she truly mature enough(in her mind) to handle a 17 year old. with how this world is today it's to hard trying to make a living when a decision you made at 15 or 17 changed your life for the worse. Don't get me wrong sometimes things work out but I believe they both are to young to know the consequences at hand. The oldest is always the one to blame. I hope I answered your question. No hard feeling right? Let me know how you feel OK.

The definition of what is a crime and what is not a crime varies from country to country. If in your country a 17 year old is already considered of age while a 15 year old is considered a minor, it is just rightful that the male be considered liable for a crime. But if both are considered as "minors" no crime should have been comitted. But again this varies according to the laws of each country.

For the most part, because we guys should know better than to take advantage of any woman or girl.
When is she accountable?: When she is the adult committing lewd conduct or statutory rape of a minor male child. Like when these teachers in their late 20's, 30's, and up are jumping the bones of 13-17 year old boys. Have you seen those stories on the news, lately?

Because you have to understand that women are only equal when it benefits them. Otherwise they still want the advantages of being the "fairer sex". Just look at the Democrat presidential race. If anyone criticizes Hillary, they are said to be "picking on her because she is a woman".
They want equal rights but not equal responsibilities!

in this case the girl is the victim because she is below the age of consent -a legal term which means that she is not able to consent to sex at all in a legal sense.
But reverse the gender and the age of consent laws still apply.

In this case, the chastisement from her over-protective parents will be punishment enough....
what if she gets pregnant and the guy ditches?
How about emancipation? If she wants it bad enough, she could persue that course of action.
