I've never had to take a driving test.
I grew up in the country and drove for years before I was of legal age. I took the drivers ed class in school and scored well enough that I never had to take the driving test for the state.

i passed n the third time. i had to take a driving test and i failed because i could not parallel park. that was 22 years ago and i still can not parallel park.
