Do you mean comedic horror films? There are a number of those that I should be able to list.
The Frighteners
Death Becomes Her
Beetlejuice
High Spirits
Army of Darkness~The two films preceding it are more gruesome but are filled with comedic touches. The third is best to me.
Eight Legged Freaks~If giant spiders don't bother you, this one is a rather good spoof of all the giant insect movies of the Fifties, but with great CGI work for the spiders.
Scooby-Doo (2002)
Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed
The Time of Their Lives~Abbott & Costello
The Fearless Vampire Killers or Pardon Me But Your Teeth Are in My Neck
The Ghost Breakers (1940)
Once Bitten
Love Bites
Love at First Bite
Young Frankenstein
Buffy the Vampire Slayer
The Raven (1963)
Tales of Terror (1962)
Little Shop of Horrors (original)
Little Shop of Horrors (musical)
Elvira's Haunted Hills
Gremlins
Gremlins 2: The New Batch (better than original)
Tremors tetralogy~They mix comedy with creature feature horror.
Then, there are two comedic horror musicals:
The Corpse Bride
The Nightmare Before Christmas
I found a Wikipedia site, but most of the films they list certainly are not very comedic; most are quite brutal. Some on the list above get gritty but lighten it with a comedic approach. I'm not sure if they are what you are looking for.

Ghostbusters 2?
Wait...it has to be similar to ghostbusters, but doesn't have to involve ghosts? So what are you actually looking for?
A movie with sounds and people saying stuff and going places?
And that guy below seems to have just typed the worst spelling attempt ever of Beetlejuice.

I think your best bet is a movie called "Evoloution", it is directed by Ivan Reitman, the same guy who directed Ghostbusters, it has a similar sense of humor and pacing, plus it stars Dan Aykroyd. It's kinda like Ghostbusters fighting aliens instead of Ghosts.

the Frighteners
Peter jackson, Michale J. Fox, AWESOME MOVIE
Fox has ghost freinds who he sends in to haunt people and then charges them for an exorcism. then a ghost that looks like the grim reaper starts to kill people and he gets blamed for it.
Its REALLY good.
