Arguably, once you're divorced, she is NO LONGER your property.

Just kidding ladies! :-)

I would advise against disposing of it (or damaging it) in ANY way. It could COST you when you get in divorce court!

DO NOT GET RID OF ANYTHING! Let the court decide for you. You should pack up what you can and have it over in a corner. While you are still in procedings, anything you throw away will cost you. Once the final paperwork is done, the judge will let you know how long a time period she has to remove the items from the home. After that, you are free to sell, keep or throw away all of it. Remember Ebay, people will buy anything.

It's not your place to get rid of anything. Without consent, You can be charged. How do you really know the wife has abandoned anything???

Until after the divorce is final. If she does not make arrangements to come and get it or even bring it up you can get rid of it.

Ask your lawyer different states have different laws when it comes to this . But dont do anything tell you talk to the lawyer
