Became more organised at it when money was introduced. Man if desparate will kill and eat man and kill for water if in short supply. As to evil man can stop some by separating Greed from state making religion. Might make things worse but better than if Greed were left unrestrained .The U.S.A. has Religious Freedom people are free to do. At the time they were worried about Communism they could havemade use Religious Freedomto seprateGreed from State butthey did not think in this way then. It was not seen as a religion but it was this was considered better than Communism. The point is neither were better than each other just two different systems. Neither am I saying My suggestion is better than either. They would not have done so if suggested most likely. They were so hung up on Communism and Nuclear weapons they missed an opportunity for something else.It would be even better if something more could be thought up. This proves none were evil just that a fresh perspective is sometimes required. With religion with reference to God same applies none were evil there just were not enough safe guards no Separation between Church and State. If a parallel Church based on monetary matters were set up using same law this would reduce more evil. Religious Freedom would help. Sure have not read both idea still good. Next extend protection into Next World in religion apply War Crime laws,Habeas Corpus, Democracy to Next world makes religious evil less likely. This to augment Laws on Earth which protect against same for people alive.

The answer must be "Neither" in a technical sense, but perhaps "Both"--in a poetic sense. Good and evil are abstractions-- ideas-- that we have invented, usually for good reason, but the reasons are entirely our own. The "original" is problematic, and perhaps mostly because it saddles humans with an an unwise burden-- it makes people victims either way. If we are originally evil, then that's our lot in life and we are doomed. If we were originally good, but create evil, then we must always be suspicious of our own inclinations, no matter what we hope they are. It's a no win situation emotionally, a horrible situation philosophically, and most important, it is an untrue situation scientifically.
There is no good reason to suppose such a condition. You can make more sense of life by understanding that we make it what it is. (The existentialist position).

Man was originally good, but willingly gave his authority of being good over to temptations lured by Satan in the garden of Eden.
all humans replicated from him, (which is the entire human race) now carry that same inherent fault.
Copying a corrupt DVD onto a blank does not eliminate the corruptions when played back on the copied version. we need a corruption busting program,, or on the grand scale... Jesus!
thats a christian dudes attempted perspective anyway

Man is definetly good, but has some natural evil inclinations and habits. For example, the destruction of our world is based solely on a man's need for immediate gratification, getting everything they want when they want it. They are greedy; if they want to build factories and destroy theplanet and kill multitiude sof animls and plants they will. However, man alos has teh strength and need to love, which shows hmanity's gentle side. Therefore, in some ways man is good in a world that humanity has created as evil.

Good and bad are man-made, and are relative terms......for example, killing a human being is bad, but if you kill your opponent in the army, it's good....if you are harming somebody on purpose, it's bad, but if you are doing it to an evil person (again relative), then it can be termed good, coz you are doing it to prevent the bad from happening.

Neither.
The essence of man is spirit not physical. Spirit is neither good or evil but can be used for both.
We learn what is good or evil from others, we are not born with it.

man is animal which is neither.
when an animal kills another animal, morality doesn't enter into the picture. Man invented morality and it is so subjective that it can hardly be said to have any meaning at all.
