You only capitalize words that are proper nouns (names or direct addresses to people). You don't capitalize church or pastor, unless you're referring to the Church (the institution) or you're addressing the pastor directly (ie. "Pastor, would you explain this to me?"
It's the same reason you don't capitalize mother or friend... it's a descriptive title. However, if you were to say "I really love you Mom." or "You have been loyal, Friend." they would be.
Hope this clears it up!

When you say Pastor you are talking about the person related to church. Hence there is no need to use the word church before Pastor. By definition "the Pastor is a Christian minister or priest having spiritual charge over a congregation or other group".So you will be ok if you capitalize Pastor but the word pastor can also be written in small case. Actually it depends as to how and where you want to use this term.

If the word precedes a proper name, like Pastor John, you do. Otherwise not. "The pastor" is not capitalized. But if Pastor John is giving a sermon, then it's capitalized.

neither. Unless you are refering to the pastor as 'Pastor John". Using just the word pastor does not have to be capitalized.

Depends on context. If you are referring to a specific pastor, it should probably be capitalized. Likewise, the word church if you give the full name, or if the church is the Roman Catholic Church.

They are capitalized only if used as proper nouns, or in place of proper nouns, as when substituting the term "pastor" for a person's name.
Please give this message to Pastor.
Please give this message to the pastor.
Pastor gave a good sermon today.

I believe you only capitalize it if it's someone's name. Like, "We hired Pastor Parker after interviewing a number of pastors."

I believe you only capitalize a title (like doctor, scientists, etc) if you are using it as a proper name or in place of the person's real name.
