Absolutely not! Ovulation cannot occur when you are still in the follicular phase when your ovary is still preparing to develop the egg(ovum)...If its a regular menstrual cycle(28-30 day cycle,regular),you may ovulate on any one of these days from days 11-21...usually days 12,13,14,15,16 of your cycle.
If the cycle is irregular...then the whole thing is quite unpredictable,even then its later in your cycle that you will ovulate,not so early as the 7th day.If in doubt use an ovulation kit to check when you ovulate...
Contrary to some beliefs...you cannot/will not get pregnant at any time of your monthly cycle! God didnt make us that way dear...

Yes. I had a friend who got pregnant on day 4 of her cycle. If you didn't use protection, get Plan B, and then get on something so this doesn't happen again.
