Moving to New York is a great oppurtunity I'm sure you'll make freinds there, or maybe even meet up with long-lost friend? Who knows? Get to moving and I'm sure you'll make friends.

Another think pray and ask God for guidance! I'll be praying for you for God to help direct you into the right place!

Always join a gym or some sort of activity as a way of meeting people. Church, etc. I live in upstate new york and really love it. (Near Buffalo) Definitely take a trip out before and get exploring. Some cities have "welcome wagons" for people who just moved in.

Moving to a big city knowing no one is better than moving to a small town knowing no one .. you'd have more options.

if you have the opportunity go for it.

the thing is, you wouldn't even be considering leaving if there was something worth staying for [where you're at].

so go! explore new things. i did, & im happy. it may not always work out for the best, but you'll never know until...!
