Any decent cigar shop would carry it. Zippo also sells it on their site www.zippo.com

Apparently CVS drew the line beyond selling tobacco and no longer sells lighters or fluid. 7-Eleven typically just sells the cheap bic lighters etc (at least that s the experience I had with mine.). I bought my Zippo at Walmart but they didn t have fluid (minus walmart.com which was selling them in dozen packs).
My best bet would be to try a sport or camping store. Since Zippos are windproof and such stores usually sell survival inspired gear etc. they should have a high chance of having some. Aside from that I ve seen them online fairly cheap. Usually 3-4 dollars per can. It seems to be more typical for stores online to sell them by the dozen. Compare prices by dividing those that sell a dozen by 12 to compare with sites selling singles and take your best price by can.

Zippo is just a brand name. They make great lighters, but their lighter fluid is the same as other lighter fluids from stores everywhere. They all contain naphtha, and pure white gasoline.
