If you are married, and let's say your husband's brother marries a woman, they are your brother and sister-in-law..but they are married to each other. Isn't that weird?

I have a friend who has been dating this girl since he was 17 soooo about 5 years now or so. After the first year they were dating their single parents were introduced to eachother and soon they were dating. The year after that they moved in together and the year after that they got married. So now they are brother and sister IN LAW and have been dating for 5 years lol.

I know two sisters who married two brothers. The older sister married the younger brother and the younger sister married the older brother. I think it's cute and great for holidays, since everyone can just meet together! :)

whats even more weird is that my dad married his sister in law after my mom and he got a divorce. (The sister of his older brother's wife).

Saying it like that it does sound weird. Once they get married the title change or at least the way you describe them.
