Get to know most anyone that is in each of those businesses. The concrete best of luck. The plumbing you could get a discount at the plumbing supply co. If you have a buddy as a plumber. Wiring is at home depot. Unless you go to a swap meet and buy some over stock. Outside of that you will need to pay top dollar just like the rest of us there.

in my area there is a habitat for humanity building center. A place similar to Goodwill or Salvation Army. People donate building materials, appliances, doors, windows, sinks, etc. The store sells them pretty cheap. Its not always the best looking stuff. A lot of people do repairs on their rental properties with supplies from this place

pretty tough to do. Try to reduce cost when buying interior items, shower, bath, kitchen cabinets, flooring light fixtures, etc. Those things can be purchased when on sale, and stored until needed, Rough in material is hard to store if you find it on sale. Definitely get more than one bid on those items.

Very tough to do. Alot of times, you get what you pay for. However, if you're willing to spend the time (and money)to search for deals, you may come across some.
