Your brother-in-law's wives are called "sister-in-law".
Your husband's aunt is your "aunt".
Your husband's grandmother doesn't really have a term like "grandmother in-law" (though if you said that, I'm sure everyone would get the picture). People just say "My husband's grandmother".
I'm not as certain about your husband's cousins. I think they would be refered to as "cousins", but perhaps they are not really considered to be "related" per see?
Unfortunately, the English language is far from consistant about the terminology.

No they won't be your sister n laws just wives of your brother n laws but you can still call them your sister n laws no harm in that. Cousins, Uncles and Aunts are just part of the family. Grandfather and Grandmother also are known as in laws.

I guess so. I have the same situation. My husband's brother's wife is to hard to say all the time. So I guess she's my sister-in-law but mostly I call her my husband's sister-in-law, because technically she's more his than mine. She's also one of those people that I'd like not to claim. And yes there are grandmothers and grandfathers in-law. But I just call them grandparents. Aunt or uncle in-law is just unnecessary so is cousin-in-law. Just call them in-laws. Pure and simple.
The word in-law is not necessary unless it's your mother/father-in-law or brother/sister-in-law.

Yes, your husbands brother will be your brother-in-law and his wife will be your sister-in-law.
Same goes with Aunts/Cousins. But I don't hear a lot of "hey there's my aunt-in-law!"
Not sure how many address that issue...they can be called Aunts by law, Cousins by law - or just Aunts/Cousins. Or you can call them my husbands aunts/cousins.

Yes your husbands brothers wife, would be your sister in-law. But that is where in-laws end. Every one else you just refer to them as your husbands cousin, or grandma, what ever relation they are to him.
And mother in-laws end up a lot of times being, that woman, the b**ch, and other nasty names!

You get brothers, sisters, mothers and fathers in law. Any more than that is just too much to remember.
Your brother in law's wife is your brother in law's wife or your husband's sister in law.
Call them by name, less confusion.

Difficult? MY brither in law is the reason they created the word. It says so in the bible: And in many years there shall be one more annoying than most *coughmoses*. His name shall be Morjed and he shall define the word 'difficult' in that sense but not others as that doesn't make the slightest bit of sense. That was only my interpritation of Genesis, of course. So anyway, I was with my boyfriend at this dinner party being run by his mom and dad and they turn to me and say "So, Jesus(I was having them on for a joke to make laughter, my real name's not Jesus-what a wierd name!), you know our son Morjed don't you?" He came out of this marquee all snobbish and smelly, looks at me and says "Hello, bitchface(i was having him on as well, my real name's not bitchface!)" "Hello, Morjed" "Not much going on here today haha?"(i still don't understand that laugh thing he does) "Just out of curiosity, where does your name originate from?" And then it started, on and on about scotland this scotland that. i mean he may as well've just married the haggis there and then. Obviously he had to wait for the go ahead from the ma and pa first but after that it was wedding this wedding that. Go-d he was an-noy-ing bey-ond bel-ief. Then he was convicted for murder, why always the murder? Nark!
