I have received the absolute worst customer service from my phone/cable/internet provider in Houston, TX. Does anyone have any ideas who I can contact to make a HUGE complaint since nobody at the company will put me through to anyone that is in charge. They always give me to a voicemail and those people do not call back and when I tell them I will hold they won't let me.
Does the Better Business Bureau handle stuff like this? Is small claims court worth the effort (this company owes me for many missed appts- their pamphlets say they pay $20 per missed appt but now they can't seem to find any record of the 4 appts they missed...how convenient plus other various fees that I was promised I would not have to pay due to their incompetance).
Basically I am WAY beyond fed up with this company and do not want to let them get away with this just because they are a big company. Any suggestions would be so greatly appreciated.

Grin and bear it. Customer service is that way at MOST places like your cable provider these days. I have Charter Communications as my service provider, and I tried what you propose. I never DID through to a proper human being, and I spent HOURS trying to do so, since I was madder than hell at the time.

It seems that those who have the power to do anything also insulate themselves VERY well from those who want to complain.
