Now why do you think Conservatives don't condemn him? Any links showing Conservatives undying support? Any political leaders come out and support him? Any conservative "Hollywood" types come out and put their support behind the cause?

As it has been pointed out these morons have their right to be ultra morons and protest. They are all sick in the head.

Why didn't Democrats condemn Kanya (?) West when he made the statement the George Bush hated black people? I saw many of the "Hollywood" elite agree as well as others. I am sure a large percentage of Dem's may disagree... it was just shocking to see how many publicly agreed. Strange too, since it is under George Bush that Blacks have held the highest political offices to date in a Presidents cabinet. Oh wait... my bad... the "black community" stated that they were no longer black.

The conservatives who don't condemn Fred Phelps and the Westboro Baptist Church are not your typical conservatives. They're right-wing extremists, conservative fundamentalists, who only make up a small fraction of the conservative population. Most conservatives are as outraged as anyone else about these issues. By the way, I wouldn't trust wikipedia if I were you.

This conservative did. I never liked Phelps' "preaching".

I am not pro-gay, but Phelps was a loon long ago.

As far as agenda goes, those funerals seem to be a bit more..... let's say, appropriate, than a US soldier who died fighting for you and I! I personally don't understand their thoughts on any of these picketing jobs.

I am still waiting for extreme right wing conservative Americans to take responsibility for McVeigh and Eric Rudolph the way they seem to expect all muslims to accept responsibility for 9-11.

And I support the rights of people to mourn their dead in peace. Please do not paint anyone with that brush.

Remember, we want to take away THEIR right to protest.
