Every time I turn on a sporting event and have to listen to someone trying to emulate Cosell, I remember that
Howard Cosell is King!!!!!!
Gumbel is both arrogant and a moron, every show he has hosted was a failure, yet they continue to give him big bucks.

the announcer was horrible.. i turned off the volume and listened to the radio..
also the refs were terrible.
why the lack of skill of such an important game?

Ah Howard! I don't know WHICH I miss MORE- the Man, or his impersonators! He really WAS- a Legend in his own mind... :)
