Religion is full of hypocritical situations. I mean, adultry is a sin, but the Reverend Jerry Fawell committed that sin, and it was fine.

So basically, I could go and have an abortion (not that I would ever) and then confess my sins to a priest and be forgiven. Silly how religion works.

No. WE believe that the unborn are unable to defend themself. However, in war, the enemy soldiers had at their disposal options that an innocent unborn never had. If you kill a grown up , he, at least, has some chance of defending himself. On the other hand, does anyone know of an unborn infant murdering an abortion doctor?

There's a difference between an innocent baby that has a beating heart and isn't being given a chance to live and the people who are bent on killing us because we won't conform to their ideals.

Oh, and I am an atheist.
