Vince will either pick himself or it will be Hogan. If Hogan is really going to be on Raw then they must have promised to make him the best superstar ever on Raw. He would not show up on Raw for anything less at this point.

We all know that Vince McMahon is going to choose himself. If he doesn't do that, then I think it would have to be Triple H. I am not bashing Chris Jericho though. He can't come back and do one match and be the best on Raw right now. He has to do a little more then that. He was an amazing wrestler and I believe he still is too.

i would say hogan but hogan never really wrestled on raw that much so im going with the rock or stone cold
