"are you saying what does "it" all mean or what does "it all" mean?"

Take it as you want it. I may mean either of those, or I may mean it in a broader sense. I'm just looking at how people interpret it.

"it all" encompasses everything within the parameters of the subject or object under view or discussion .. probably, in this case, immaterial
